How do you create a healthy workplace?
We spend more and more time sedentary sitting in front of a computer, television, and in the car. Something our bodies are not designed for. The lecture will provide you with the answers why problems arise and how you should work to avoid these in the future. The aim is that as a listener you become inspired and gain the knowledge to address your work situation yourself.
